My wife would like a sink added to our Laundry room. I'm pretty short on spacing to put a 1.5" sanitary tee above the 2" sanitary tee and go around the 2" washing machine drain and keep the proper angle for drainage. is it possible to raise the 2" sanitary tee up and place a 1.5" x 2" x 2" sanitary tee under the 2" sanitary tee and the clean out?

Ive thought about coming out of the wall and running it along the face but i still run into angle issues with the sink drain at 20 inches....

If you have a separate vent for the sink, then you can add a santee to add that. The laundry sink gets a 2" waste line and a 1.5" trap, trap arm after the vent and a 1.5" vent that can tie back to the washer vent. The washer gets a vent and the sink gets a vent.
