Will this setup work with a dishwasher?

If you're talking about feeding hot water to both devices, I don't see why not. Some prefer to have a separate shutoff for each branch, but that's not a requirement.

You can get a 3 way angle stop to feed the DW and sink faucet, or have 2 separate angles stops. Both are good.
