Toto Drake II 1G inventory

I purchased a Drake in 2009 (CST744) and have been very happy. I'm finally getting around to replacing an original toilet 1970's toilet in my 2nd bathroom.
Water is very expensive where I live and I see Toto now has a Drake II 1G (MS454) . Seems like a no brainer but I'm having a hard time finding one. Tried plumbing suppliers in area but they have to special order. Wondering if there is a problem with this model since it's scarce. Is it very popular or is there no demand?
Thinking about buying online...
Any opinion/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Covid changed availability for a lot of products. It's become hit and miss finding parts and products the last two years.
The 1G works well with the 454 bowl. You can also hold the handle a bit longer and drain more water from the tank if you feel like it.
The new 776 work very similar to the 454 with bowl rinse, but the tanks for those are 1.28 and 1.6
