Standard height for shower fixtures.

Hi,

Is there a standard height from shower pan to valve and shower head rough in? NO TUB!!

I normally rough the valve in at 48" off the floor.
The shower head at somewhere between 75" and 80"
And no set rule on this either.

It can vary, sometimes by a lot, depending on the height of the user. Say it is intended to be used by younger children, a valve at 4’ may be too high, and if you want them to reach the shower head to adjust it, you’d need to play with that, too. I’m over 6’, and don’t want to have to Ben over to rinse the shampoo from my head.
