Is Stack vent needed

Is this 2in waste stack Suppose to vent through the roof. It’s supplies Drainage for 2 kitchen sinks. Pic shows a the waste stack and a very long turn double fixture setting.

Each sink will need a vent above the trap arm. There isn't an way to vent what you have at that location. Venting will need to be added.

Thanks! Apparently they were built with like this. The sinks are vented but not this stack. The drainage has always been slllllllloooow. I replaced it with a double fixture and a temporary cheater vent until I can figure out how to get the vent to the roof, as it’s in very difficult spot .
