Have I found Asbestos around my windows?

Fixing up an old.. Prolly 80yr old house to move into and while replacing some wood around windows and door frames I find this fiber like material.. am I messing with asbestos?

I was thinking rock wool too.

It is almost certainly rock wool, but there was also fiberglass insulation that color & consistency back in the day, before they decided pink or yellow was more attractive.
