Hi there- Im hoping someone can help direct me to the right tool to solve what looks like an easy fix. Apologies I don’t know the right lingo. The main drain pipe on my garbage disposal is too short so there is leak when water goes into the pvc elbow pipe. There is a teeny gap. It only leaks when a large amount of water flows. Looks like when the disposal was installed the pipe was cut too short. How do we “extend” the pipe so there is no gap? There are no other issues...plumber said we’d need to replace our perfectly fine disposable which I think seems excessive...please see pics and thanks for the feedback...I’m hoping it’s a simple fix
