Woodford makes a frostfree faucet for outdoor use that allows mixing hot and cold water.
Great for filling wading ponds, washing dogs, and your cars.
This is the 22 horizontal installation. They also have a vertical V22 model.

They come in 6", 8" and 10"

We used a diamond hole saw to cut the second hole through the brick. It only went part way though, so we measured from the back and finished the hole from the garage side.

The Woodford stuff seems well built. Moen has (or had) a frostfree silcock with hot and cold. Single handle, and may even use the same cartridge as their sink faucets - pull to turn on, twist to adjust the temp. It's been awhile since I was in a plumbing supply house, but I first saw one there on display. Of the two, I think I'd prefer the Woodford one, but the Moen might be easier to install as it only requires one hole.

I have two regular frost-free sillcocks side by side with an old style wash mashine Y hose to join them. Great for washing the dog. In fact I have four sillcocks in a row. Two for Hot and Cold soft water, two more for Unfiltered and Filtered hard water.
