Most toilet manufacturers don't say ADA compliant on many models when they COULD be. The reason is that to be ADA compliant, you need more than just the proper height, it must also be elongated, and the flush handle must be on the side towards the doorway, or the side with the most room. So, if the handle is on the right, and there's room to the right, it could be called ADA compatible with the appropriate seat (open front is also required), but that same toilet, installed where the doorway was on the opposite side, would NOT be ADA compliant...confused now? When they list a toilet as ADA compliant, it comes with a choice of tank and therefore the location of the flush handle. If you only care about the height, lots more toilets meet your needs.
