To turn shower off you now have to move it to right. Seems like something shifted but idk what. Used to have to move it straight down to turn off.
See how the bottom hole is off centered a little. Is this the problem and if so how to fix it?

This is a Delta 600 series valve. It looks like the back portion of the rough valve has shifted counter clockwise and the copper tubes have also twisted. This normally happens on disassembly of the valve. The copper tubes cannot be straightened without breaking. If the tubes are still straight you could probably straighten the back portion. If not you could put in fresh seats and springs and reassemble. You would have to learn to live with this or change to a new code approved valve and trim.
