The Caroma has a 3" trapway, while most toilets are 2".
It's a dual flush, but if you hold the buttons it will drain the entire tank.

Most of the new toilets work very well for 99% of the people. There is the one percent with large stools, a medical condition for them. Perhaps they are on pain killers and that is a side effect.
The place I stay at Whistler Mountain, BC has replaced all of their toilets with Caroma.

Another one is the Kohler Highline with pressure assist.

No standard parts for the Caroma. What is the real issue that you're having? What toilet is there now? Maybe you just have a regular dog of a toilet and anything new will be better.
How about a picture of what you have for me.

All of the Caroma line use the large trapway...so, some of the choice is style or whether you want dual flush capability, and, potentially, where you live as the the maximum water usage. Given you're not in a water restricted place, the maximum legal one sold for use in the USA cannot use more than 1.6g. Some designs can make do with less, but that also usually means the water spot is smaller to compensate.
