Wiring a power cord on a vacuum pump

Hi guys,

I have a new vacuum pump (Vacutronics DV-5V 110V oil less vacuum pump) that will be used for a vacuum chuck system on a lathe. It did not have a power cord wired onto it, and I'm a bit stumped as to how to wire one into this unit. Can someone please advise as to what my best steps would be for determining how to wire a power cord to this thing? There are two terminals that are associated with red wires, as shown in the attached picture. That's it as far as I can tell. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Power cord --- Pump
Black wire --- one red terminal
White wire --- other red terminal
Green wire --- some chassis screw

Not much choice. Two reds should go to motor windings and start cap is already wired in. So they would connect to black and white of the power cord - doesn't matter which one. Green to the screw on the left.
