    Hello Specialists,
I have a Kohler whirlpool tub on second floor, not used for months, and when I switch on either the hot or cold faucet, it leaks all over in the ceiling of first floor room, but no water comes in the tub It appears to me that the mixer valve is leaking as it leaks when either the hot or cold water is turned on

Which tiles (numbered) to break to best access it (picture attached). The access panel is pretty far I think..Would be much obliged for your advise!! Cheers.

Does this have a pull-out spray for the faucet? Can we get some pictures of the handles and spout so that we can look up the parts diagram on it?
800 pixels or less for the attachments.
Does the access panel lift out so that you can take a look inside?

I'm getting dizzy just looking at the parts list. I have never seen anything like this before. I don't know how MarlinMan does it either.

With everything going on with this system anything would be a guess.

I would first try the access panel. With the way water travels you can hopefully pinpoint from there.

Ok guys. Found the problem after breaking through the access panel. there is a pipe where the welding has come off (picture attached)-- will have to access it from top. My question is what suggestions would you have for making an access panel door in a way that can be accessed and if I want to stick a tile so it looks homogenous-- any ideas? I had seen some magnetic kinda doors

I don't know that you will need access for that there once it's been fixed and soldered.
What you have there almost never, ever happens. At least the plumbing part will be a simple fix, and then it's just a matter of putting the tile back in a way that looks nice and like you intended to do it that way.
