Whats a low water usage toilet with good flush power for basement

We have a 1950's ranch house that has old toilet in it. It works but I would like to see about getting a lower water usage toilet that has good flush power as I wonder if being lower in the basement level makes it flush not as easily it appears?

It's basically irrelevant what level the toilet is on as long as the drains have the proper pitch.

Personally, I prefer many of those made by Toto which has a factory in Georgia. but, not all of them are sourced in the USA.

Most new toilets work very well. Certainly better than those between 1993 to 2000 and still better then the late 80's.

I think I blame the Internet for the improvements and MaP testing labs putting pressure on manufacturers.
