I have water softener and neutralizer on basement but I do not have any floor drain or access to main drain. (I mean I am sure it is in somewhere under slab but that would cost me too much to dig out the floor, etc.)
Sump pit and pump is not an option for me.

For now, previous owner, connected neutralizer drain to 1st floor bathroom with PEX pipe running 5 ft up and 15 ft run directly to bathroom sink drain with T connector. I don't even know if this is fine.. Don't look fine even thought there was no visual issue.

I am pretty new to home renovation so I do not know much knowledge about plumbing but from my understanding, I should have some kind of pump to bring the drain to upper floor.

I was thinking maybe have drain pump from basement connect the neutralizer drain directly and install funnel drain next to the bathroom sink on 1st floor. Or is this wrong? Is there any better solution for this?

Due to covid19 and stuff, this need to be a DIY project.. I really do not have space for hiring plumber.. Please need your guys help. Thanks
