Moving toilet over one joist- question about elbows

Looking to move a 3" waste drain over to the 21-22" mark shown in the first image so it's not so close to the wall. 2nd floor, no waste above this level. Plan to elbow through the 2x10, and then back up to the toilet. A street elbow and a two hub elbow puts the flange about where I'd want it.

Question 1: Is two elbows in this orientation a bad idea and would get clogged or impede flow?

Alternatively, I could place a long 45 starting close to the vent T and go through the joist with the 45. Then up with a 90. This would require a much longer slot in the 2x10 so I'd like to avoid that if possible. Picture of the 45 I am considering is attatched.

Question 2: in either of these proposed options, nothing would need to be changed to the vent correct?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
