Moving sink drain/tie into horizontal run

hey guys,

I’m trying to move the sink drain to the exterior wall and vent with a AAV (I know not the best).
Currently the old cast iron has a wye I could use, but it’s pointing the opposite direction, see the pic. (You can also see someone added a sump pump to the system which I’ll be removing...)

I can get the fall i need for the horizontal run.

Should I do a long bend to make the 180? Or san t and do a vertical 180? Or am I going about this all wrong?

I see a wye on the horizontal and a combo (wye and 45) pointing up.

From vertical to horizonal, long 90, wye, combo
From horizontal to vertical, medium 90, santee and any of the above.
For a trap arm that is vented on the vertical, santee.

I wanna drop the new sink right where the mainline comes into the crawl. Is there a way to plumb it into the abs and not disturb the old cast iron?

The problem I’m having is I’d be plumbing the horizontal at 180 degrees to reach that wye... they kinda face opposite directions.

Or can I just have a clean out and meet the 135 degree rule here?

If I have to touch that cast iron... I’ll call ya for a quote
