HELP! Shower Head Leaking when Guest Bath is Used

It happens with the shower head off.
Someone else might have a different theory from different experience. Without actually seeing it I'd just be guessing.

It just drops a little water and stops?
It doesn't appear to be much more water than what would be left in the riser(as you called it). It drains, and then drips for a few minutes.
I just think it's weird that with the valve shut off, using a shower on the opposite side of the house creates enough pressure to push water up through the riser and out of the shower head in a different bathroom.
