I currently have a simmer 3/4 horse deep well jet pump, with a 36 gal pressure tank. Looking for submersible pump recommendations. Would like to stick with 110 volt. Well casing is 4 inch. I assume a 3” pump would be best. Well is 65 foot deep. Any recommendations or things to consider when changing to a submersible?

Is there a disadvantage to going with the higher pressure pump? Is overkill better? Would like to get 60 psi pressure if possible.

While any regular 4" pump will fit in 4" casing, the 3" SQ pump is pricy but has more room to fit.

I would use the 10SQ05-200 and a PK1A control kit.
