Advice on removing Hansgrohe shower handle and ID cartridge

Hello,
I could use some help please. I'm based in Chicago, IL.
I would like to change the cartridge on this Hansgrohe shower valve. However, I can't figure out how to remove the handle.
The small hole does not appear to accept an allen key. Any ideas on how to remove this? A guess as to what model cartridge?
And, whether it might have integral shut offs for the hot and cold?

If that sleeve with the hole rotates try moving it around and see if you can find a set screw.

Need help identifying Grohe (2008/2009 year) Pressure Balance Valve Trim

The sleeve is getting loose - any idea what to do in this case? If I can find the model name, maybe a manual will help. Appreciate any thoughts.

Help-Removing Grohe Europlus II Tub Handle, 19 716 000

My contractor installed the Grohe Europlus II 19 716 000 shower/tub valve 15 years ago and it's leaking so I'm trying to replace the cartridge. I removed the hidden allen screw and tried pulling, tapping it in first, prying (gently) with a screwdriver all to no avail. How do I remove that...

You need to take your trim off to this point. the four screws on this brass body hold the Grohe cartridge you need to replace. there are 3 different cartridges it could be. you will need to remove it first for identification before ordering.
CENTRALFL has posted a link in this post (above) to a previous conversation....that should help you in removing the trim.
