Hi there. DIYer here. I have what appears to be an Oakland KSBT103-BN single shower handle. I assume this is just a cheap import, as there is only a single mention of it online (the importer's catalog).
I've watched a bunch of videos about removing the handle and cartridge of better-known brands, but I'm stuck here with the handle off. I would assume there's a metal collar to remove, but yanking on it doesn't appear to do anything, and I'm afraid of breaking something.
Does anyone know how to remove the cartridge? Furthermore, any idea the type/model of replacement cartridge?
