Can't figure out how to remove Danze shower handle

We have a pretty bad shower head leak when the shower is off still so we hopefully just need to replace the cartridge behind the handle. But I can't figure out where the allen wrench hole is. Any help appreciated.

I believe the model is Danze A602140bn Brushed Nickel Lever Handle.

I am not familiar with this model. However, take a look at this link:

The top of the stem (i.e., furthest from the wall) looks to have a press-fit cap.
