Property is in North NJ, estimate includes labor and (cheap) parts.
Replacing 2 handle bath fixture to 1 (plumber said 99% of time if you try to replace 2 handle fixture with another 2 handle fixture, stem will break, so 1 handle is the only way to go), thus need to break the wall, entry only via the front.
Using a cheap Moen kit ($89 @ Wal-Mart), includes handle, bath faucet, shower and valve.
No retiling since the 1 handle fixture will be large enough to cover both holes created by 2 handle.
Is the price in line? Thanks for all help in advance.
PS Also, any suggestions to find reviews on bathtub fixture kits? I prefer standard (for easy future upgrades), sturdy, good price, with aesthetics only secondary.
I've looked online but many have minimal reviews and viewpoints looks more like a sale-site as actual review site, thanks.
