YAY OR NAY? Code or no Code? a licensed pluming company is insisting that everything Up to code with the semi installation they left me with.

Don't know California code but that's poor workmanship but have seen worse. Would think the sprinkler door should at least open past 90°. Guess you could flip it over get some vinyl letters.
