Water Works, Does anyone recognize this shower trim?

It looks like something that Chown Hardware in Bellevue would have sold. It has a thermostatic valve.

There isn't much detail in the photo but appears to be part of the Etoile collection from Waterworks.

Yes they did buy it from Chown but Chown doesn't recognize it. They were thinking Rohl.
