Water service pipe size help

I have a new house that is on a hill 100 feet above the meter with a run of 750 feet. The water company will give me a 1" meter and I plan on installing a booster pump just after the meter. I'll have a pressure tank in the garage like you'd have with a well. The house is 3500 s.f. with 3 bathrooms, and all the normal fixtures plus some lawn irrigation. What size pipe should I use to eliminate friction all the way up to the house? I was thinking of using 1 1/2" poly pipe to eliminate any joints.

Your biggest demand will be the irrigation how many gpm do you think the system will use?

Maybe 5gpm and up to 10gpm with the zones and heads that I'll use.

1 1/2" would be good. At 10 GPM there would be about 0.3 PSI loss per 100'.
