I just wanted to say thanks to Terry for creating this plumbing forum.
There are lots of plumbing forums. But most of them won’t give you the time of day.
I have completed several projects around the house thanks to the friendly advice I have gotten on this forum. I truly appreciate your help!

I agree. I was able to repair my pressure regulator for $60 by swapping out the internal parts thanks to the guys on here that suggested that. The plumber that came to look at it wanted to charge me around $600 to replace and relocate due to the location of it. They didn't even bring up the idea of repairing it.
