Short horizontal wet vent for shower drain below slab

Wondering if this horizontal wet venting for my shower drain is ok? The sketched diagram shows the pre-renovation configuration on the left and the new one on the right.

Do I need to rotate the 45deg wye shown in the middle of the photo?

Thank in advance for any advice.

You can use the lav to wet vent the shower if it's run with 2" pipe.
You can also wet vent the toilet with the lav if run in 2". I don't like the flat vent for the toilet that is unwashed.
