Price Pfister 0X8 Help Identifying Shower Handle

I'm on the final steps of the bathroom remodel. Who would think that getting a replacement handle/trim kit would be such a task!

In any event, I was able to identify my valve as a "PF" or pfister shower facet valve. However, the suppliers are telling me that no handle/trim kit is available. I would even be happy with a "universal" kit if I can find one that works.

I've attached a picture of the shower valve as well as the backside of the old shower control handle.

Any idea of what kind or where to get a new handle/trim kit? Looking for brushed nickle just to complicate matters just a little more. <grin>
