Decided to move toilet to other side of bathroom during remodel. This bathroom group is on a 3" branch that continues as a vent (3"). All fixtures tie in using combo wye/45 installed at 90 degrees (I see that this is correct for a wet vent configuration). My question is for the new toilet drain, as it is now centered over the main 4" line that leaves the house. My original intent was to use the same type fittings (combo) installed at 90 degrees on original 3" branch, but the main will cause the combo to be rolled (perhaps 45 degrees) to clear. Is this permitted per UPC?

BTW, just realized my location still shows Phila, but I moved to Georgia!
