Has something changed in code, or a clarification be provided. Michigan is now IRC 2015, I had understood it to be as Terry stated, but cannot find it in the current code book (don't have my 2009 around). Section P3005.2.4 talks of a cleanout for turns greater than 45 in horizontal. But it's also talking about building drain/building sewer, so my understanding is that is under slab, not horizontal branch lines. Table P3005.1 gives a thumbs up to long sweep on horizontal to horizontal. I can 't find anything on the 135 degree rules. Am I missing something, or a change.

Nothing has changed under UPC. Terry's reply is correct. Look under the chapter "Sanitary Drainage/Cleanouts/Location"
