long sweep 1/4 bend with a 1/16 bend to installed wye on soil stack

Notice in the picture that I want to connect to the existing wye, but I need to use a 1/16 bend to accomplish this connection. Is this okay per code?

I'm assuming that in your rendering, up on the page is in fact up, and that the horizontal drain coming in on the top half of the page is a vented drain.

In which case, sure, you can use a 1/16 bend to make the horizontal change of direction necessary to get everything lined up.

Yes, the rendering is up and that is a vented drain. Just didn't bother to render all of the other vent piping. Thanks!
