My side-by-side kitchen sinks are clogged and overflow to the other side when disposal runs. I tried plunging both sides with plugs but didn't work. I diassembled the pipes and traps and they are all clear.

I stuck a long plastic hose into the pipe in the wall and I can feel thick wet gunk, accumulation of food matters that went through the disposal. Is it possible to use the auger and unclog since it's probably thick messy glob or do I need a profession who can blow it out clean?

Most of the time on a kitchen sink drain, unless you can clear it in the p-trap fittings, you're looking at finding someone with a good snake.
I like to replace disposers at eight years to keep the food chips down to size, and no grease down the line.
