Do you plan to place the vent and traps below the second floor? If yes, it's a big no. What does "vent in" mean? An AAV or through the roof? Shower trap is OK in the floor joist, not the sink.

Thanks for reply. The vent pipe is from roof but comes through wall just under 2nd floor joist. Sink P-trap can be on 2nd floor (not a problem). Shower trap would be under 2nd floor joist. Both sink and shower would then go in to wet vent at a 45 angle which then flows to waste stack. How does this sound?

The venting needs to be above the trap arm, not below.

The upstairs connects below the downstairs fixtures.
The venting for downstairs can reconnect at 42" above the 2nd floor.
