How to change cartridge in this 90's Price Pfister faucet?

I can't figure out how to disassemble the valve handles to get to the cartridge. Got a drip and need to change out. These are circa 1994 or so. Hope I can find a replacement, too. Any help would be appreciated. Not sure why the image isn't showing, but here is a link to my OneDrive:

The top that is a darker color should spin off and you will see a screw that holds the handle on.

See if you can replace the aerator too.

Woo hoo, that did it.

Can't find the aerator in black. The hard water has corroded more than just the aerator, part of the faucet is also eaten up.

Pfister will replace the faucet, but they will NOT have one like yours any more.
