How do I access Delta cartridge?

I have a drip in my shower. Delta components, I don't have the details. Removed the center screw and rotational limit stop. How do I remove the handle to get to the cartridge? No setscrew, except on back of the handle where essentially impossible to access. Do I just pull the handle forward?
