Help with plumbing bathroom remodel

Hi,


I'm remodeling a bathroom. The vanity never drained well - very slow and had to be plunged every few months. Please take a look at this 1 minute video and let me know your advice.

There looks to be no venting for the lav there.
It's 1-1/4" copper, PVC is going to be 1-1/2"
I would go back to the 2" cast iron hub and using a donut start with 2" pipe. You can always reduce down after that.
