Delta faucet, #2702 Identifying old acrylic knob with cast escutcheon?

I'm looking to replace the knob and escutcheon on a showerset like the one in this picture. Can anyone identify the brand and know if there are any knobs and trims that would replace them- don't want acrylic- chrome preferred. Thanks for any help out there!

You might want to replace with a single handle, pressure balanced valve.

This trim is a Moen TL2368EP mated with a Moen Posi-Temp valve.
It allows enough room in most cases to replace the valve in the wall, and the plate covers all of that.

But also maybe someone will know what you have.

That is an old Delta faucet, #2702
Thanks to both you and Terry. I'd like to swap it out for a single control in the future but saving complete gut of this shower till after main bath in this home is remodeled.
