While trying to remove the ring of the shower valve, I slightly turned the two copper tubes and now have a slow drip. Can these be replaced or do I need a new valve.
Will solder help?

How about a picture. No idea what you turned? Is it the Stop Assembly screw (valve) part #19?

hj on the site here mentions that he can take those apart and resolder them. The rest of us remove and replace them.
