CST744SG#01 discontinued? Is there a replacement?

Currently looking to replace my guest toilet. Have the Toto Drake in my restroom and have had no complaints. Trying to buy another for the guest restroom but comes up as discontinued. Is there a replacement?

That model has been discontinued as well. Is the CST746CSMG#01 the same as the CST744SG#01 but with dual flush being the only difference?

The 746 series has a very shallow bowl and is not anything like the 744 series.

I would avoid the 746.

Ended up ordering CST744SGR#01 from an authorized online retailer. Should be the same as I have but with the lever on the right side.

Well the CST744SGR#01 fell through. On back order with no idea of being in stock. Any thoughts on the CST744E-01? Thanks

The S and the E are the same tank, but with different settings on the tower, which can be adjusted.

The only different is in the adjustment. Some porcelain.

Does the lack of a “G” indicate that the bowl is no longer available with CEFIONTECT?

The CST744EG is exactly what I’m looking for but only the CST744E seems to be available now. Not sure why they’d discontinue the CEFIONTECT version.

Edit: just saw the other post about the new CST776CEG Drake model. Maybe that explains the phaseout of CST744EG? Has anyone here used the 776? Does it avoid the water level issues of the 746?

Thanks Terry. I guess my decision will be whether to buy a CST744E (without CEFIONTECT) now while they’re definitely still available or wait till the first reviews of the 776 show up later this year and hope that the CST744E is still available in case the 776 is a lemon.
