Critique my Washer Drain plan

2" drain with a 1 1/2" vent

Is a sanitary tee what I need to connect the drain and vent? I think everything else is ok. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you

The p-trap is plumbed above the floor, not below. Too long a standpipe allows it to siphon.

A wye and 1/8th bend or a combo would be correct for the vent take-off.

I've had to redesign for better venting with my dryer.

I could use some more critique on this. Coming out the wall is a 2" drain via 2" Sanitary Tee.

Everything is dry fit right now so the angles are bit off. Thanks for all of your help.
