Clawfoot tub

I have purchased a clawfoot tub with a drain on the middle of the side. The tub that is coming out has the drain at the top. Will a plumber be able to install this tub?

Yes, as long as the flooring is going to be opened up to accommodate the change, this likely shouldn't be an issue.
