This home is brand new like we just had it delivered and moved in. We have well water at 40psi. We have hot water in all the sinks throughout the house, but no cold water in the “movie/den” sink, the guest toilet takes forever to fill, and very very poor flow in both showers. Even taking shower heads off doesn’t give higher flow/pressure. They sent someone out already who said he isn’t really a plumber and his boss said our pressure wasn’t high enough. We talked to our water well guy and he said it is fine. I don’t think it’s a well issue either because we have water throughout the house just not those areas. Please help it’s me and my wife’s first home and it’s killing us not being able to actually enjoy it.

Welcome to mobile home living! Since it's new I'm sure the home is plumbed with PEX. Are the problem areas on the same side of the home? No fast fun and easy way, have to start tracing the lines, possibility you have a kinked, pinched pipe somewhere. A friend bought a new Clayton, had similar problems but the dealer resolved them.

Yes all the sinks and restrooms are on one side of the house. But we have cold water in the same rr, but not in the toilet or showers. We are in contact with them. Waiting on them to send a plumber because I don’t want to do anything major voiding my warranty.
