Another bathroom drain/vent question

the plumber i'm talking with here, in chicago, is telling me this basement bath plan won't work. he doesn't object to the AAV. he says i need two of them. i think it works with just the one. this is similar, but not exactly same, as some other posts. thanks for your guidance on this one.

note: if you think aav's never work, then this doesn't work. but if i'm committed/resigned to aav as the vent, does the rest of it work?

With the picture your 2 year old child had drawn. Im pretty sure you could get away with one

The sink gets run in 2" with an AAV.
You can go 1.5" or 1.25 on the p-trap.
