Good afternoon,
I am installing a Brizo thermostatic and 3 volume controls in our master (Replacing old stuff). The inlet and outlet on the 3 Volume controls are 3/4.
My existing rough-in piping to the heads is 1/2. Is there any benefit in changing this to 3/4 and reducing it closer to the Head, or am I ok with reducing it to 1/2 at the outlet side of the volume controls?
We have a 1" cold and 3/4" hot feeding our 2-second floor bathrooms, so we should have ample volume coming in. I know the shower heads are mostly limited to 2.5, just want to keep as much volume pushing to them as possible.
thanks
