Where to get an odd.sided baseboard heater cover?

One of heaters in this house is missing its front cover.

The baseboard heater is 10.5" tall and the front cover is 6.5" tall.

Sheet metal shop can make a front. Just take one off another heater so they can match the bends and a end cap. That heater is old if someone would remove one they would scrap the metal out. Without the cover they don't heat very well. Sure all the fin tube needs to be cleaned with all the crud. Kids put almost anything small in them.
