What kind of toilet hinge covers?

I need to buy replacement for the toilet hinge covers but I do not know what model.
The toilet is a kohler. I looked and cannot find this kind of triangle shape.

You won’t find them and there are hundreds of different coverings. Just replace the entire seat. You have nylon bolts so they will come out fairly easy. A large screw driver and a pair of pliers is all that is needed.
