I use this valve to bleed the system when I'm changing out filters but the space is too tight to get a bucket under it, so I'd like to add a short length of garden hose. Is there a fitting I can use to go from this PEX fitting to garden hose threads? I don't have the capability to do PEX.

I think the OD of the ring on that fitting is 0.866 inch.

If you just need to run that flow away, and no garden hose fitting is needed, you could use worm gear hose clamp to attach a 7/8 ID hose. Garbage disposers use that size from the air gap to the disposal.

Also, a disposal instalation kit often has an adapter . I think the big end could go over your brass fitting, and you could probably figure out how to adapt one the smaller parts to a cut garden hose, or even to a garden hose repair fitting. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ray-Pad...ith-Stainless-Steel-Clamp-RP-RIMR-6/205167505

EDIT: another possibility: Cut the PEX to the right of that valve, and replace it with something like this: https://www.lowes.com/pd/SharkBite-SB-Garden-Valve-3-4-in-x-3-4-in-MHT/1000683059 https://www.lowes.com/pd/SharkBite-Brass-3-4-in-Push-to-Connect-Ball-Valve/1000182625

One side goes to the pex you just cut, and the other side gets a piece of 3/4 CPVC or another piece of PEX.

Here is another one: https://www.lowes.com/pd/SharkBite-SB-Garden-Valve-3-4-in-x-3-4-in-MHT/1000683059 https://www.homedepot.com/p/SharkBi...-Garden-Valve-with-Drop-Ear-24623LF/301990853 will push onto your cut pex and have a garden hose thread for you, as you asked for.

Instead of copper in, you shove the cut PEX in.

I'm just trying to get the flow out to where I can easily set a bucket, so the first option will work great, I might even have what I need around here already. Thanks!
