I have a 15th floor building with 60 apartments. On the 15th floor there is air in the hot water line. I've checked the lines below and nobody has air in the lines. The shareholder in this apartment has 2 pumps and 2 expansion tanks to boost the pressure in his shower. the air in the line just started about a month ago. He has to bleed his pumps everyday to get the air out of the lines. The water just spits out. It is happening in his sinks as well.

Help!!! He's a board member to make it worst!!!

His pumps may have leaking seals. They may need a rebuild or replacement. they can inject air without leaking water.
