Vacuum breaker for hot/cold hosebib

Thats what it look like pk1390. havent seen that hot cold set up befor around my town.
Noticed the standard hose bibs dont have packing anymore and just have an o ring not happy about those. But fergusson sells a knock off proflow that seems ok for general hosebibs. the frostfree I never use
